  • To cancel an order, log in to the Darsha Food Delivery app and navigate to your order history.
  • Locate the specific order you wish to cancel and select the "Cancel Order" option.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Cancellation Fees:

  • Orders canceled within the specified timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees. We believe in providing our customers with flexibility and understanding.
  • However, if the cancellation request is made after the restaurant has started preparing your order, the order amount will be charged in full as the food is already being prepared.

4. Refund Process:

  • For orders canceled within the allowed timeframe, the payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
